Kevin J Rawlings

Kevin has been in the industry for well over 30 years, working in many areas for national and independents agents alike. When his wife said “We should open our own company” he could not think of any reason why not and since then has not looked back. That was in 2002 and since then the business has gone from strength to strength. We have only been able to do this by offering customers what they want and frankly deserve, I mean a competitively price quality service. Kevin spends most of his time running the business but is never happier than when he is dealing with new customers.

I am the manager of the Collier Row office, and my aim is to achieve the best possible price in the shortest amount of time for all of my vendors. My team and I are very passionate about what we do, and customer service to both vendors and purchasers is our top priority. I started in this business as an office junior in 1989, where my main role then was to keep vendors and customers informed on a day to day basis as to what was available and what was needed to make a property more saleable.
